Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager for Lewes to lead hotel operations during shifts and ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll work across front desk, housekeeping and dining to support a seamless service and motivate the team. You’ll be confident, proactive and ready to tackle problems as they arise.

Permanent contract with guaranteed hours, full training and clear career progression are provided. This role offers important leadership experience with the potential to grow into a Hotel

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a busy customer-facing environment is advantageous.
• Candidates from retail, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, leisure, healthcare and customer service are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running.
