Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager for Oxford City Centre (Westgate). You’ll lead shifts, support reception, housekeeping and restaurant, ensuring guests have a great stay and your team has what they need. You’ll coach, resolve issues and help run the hotel smoothly on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing environments preferred.
• Proven leadership and team-coaching abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and restaurant.
• Provide clear pre-shift briefings and support teams throughout the day.
• Assist guests with queries and resolve issues to ensure a great stay.
• Collaborate with Hotel Manager and leadership team to keep operations smooth.
