Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Duty Manager for Uttoxeter Premier Inn. The role is a permanent, 32-hour weekly position paying up to £13.86 per hour. You will help lead the hotel during shifts, coordinating across reception, housekeeping and restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; location is Derby Road, Uttoxeter. This is a hands-on leadership role with training and clear progression potential within Whitbread.

• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
