Premier Inn, part of Whitbread, is recruiting a Duty Manager for Taunton. You will lead shifts, support reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams, and ensure guests have a great stay. The role involves evenings, weekends and busy periods.

A permanent contract with guaranteed hours is offered, with training and a clear career path. Pay is up to £13.86 per hour for 24 hours per week, based at 81 Bridgwater Road, Taunton.

Qualifications

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Coach and support team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams from reception to the restaurant.
