Job summary

The Range in Llandudno is seeking a Duty Manager to help run the busy store, lead frontline colleagues and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work alongside the Store Manager to maintain high standards and support teams to perform at their best.

Reporting to store leadership, you will coach staff, oversee daily operations, merchandising and safety procedures, ensuring efficient, smooth trading and a positive customer journey.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving ability.
• The ability to motivate and support colleagues.
• Hands-on and flexible approach.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and support effective queue management.
• Coach, train and develop store colleagues, fostering a positive working environment.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising and stock availability, and ensure health & safety compliance.
