Whitbread is recruiting for a Duty Manager at Ringwood Premier Inn. The role involves leading shifts, assisting guests, and coordinating across reception, housekeeping and restaurant to ensure a smooth operation and a great guest experience.

The contract is fixed-term until 01/11/2027 with 24 guaranteed hours per week and a wage of up to £13.86 per hour. Evening and weekend shifts are included, and the location is Ringwood Premier Inn, Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
