Whitbread is recruiting for a Duty Manager at Arundel Premier Inn. This role involves leading shifts across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and the team has what it needs.

You’ll spend your shift helping guests, leading your team and keeping the hotel running smoothly. The role offers 24 guaranteed hours per week on a fixed-term contract until 21 January 2027.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; candidates from retail or service sectors accepted.
• Must be able to lead shifts and coach team members.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel shifts and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Coordinate reception, housekeeping and restaurant during shifts.
• Resolve issues for guests and support different teams.
• Ensure guest safety and smooth hotel operation.
