The Grand Brighton, part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio, is seeking a Duty Manager to steer day-to-day operations and guest experience. You will lead a versatile team across departments, ensuring service is consistent with brand standards and guest expectations.

You will engage with guests, support senior operations, participate in recruitment, and train new starters while maintaining a positive, collaborative hotel culture in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and motivate the team to deliver great hospitality.
• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across departments.
• Support other managers with recruitment interviews; it’s a team effort.
• Coach and train new starters to feel confident in their role.
• Handle conflicts or guest concerns with strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with the local HR team to organize engaging team activities.
