Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager for Hassocks Sports Centre. You will lead a friendly team, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee daily operations to maintain a safe, clean facility. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within our charitable leisure trust across England and Wales.

The role offers casual hours as needed, with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences for customers and staff. A passion for leisure and community impact is encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading and developing a team of operations staff.
• Day-to-day duty management and running of a leisure centre to a high standard.
• Understanding of business and budget performance of the centre.
• Willingness to be flexible and make decisions with autonomy.
