Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager for Hassocks Sports Centre on casual hours in the UK. You will lead a team to deliver top-tier customer service and maintain clean, safe facilities. Comprehensive training is provided and flexible hours help balance personal commitments.

Qualifications

Experience of problem solving, customer service and staff management.
Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role.
Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision making.

Responsibilities

Actively manage, develop and motivate a team of operational staff.
Oversee day-to-day duty management and run the leisure centre to a high standard.
Contribute to and understand the centre's business and budget performance.
Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team.
Demonstrate ongoing professional development in the industry.
Respond to variable demands with initiative and good problem solving.
