Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager for Hassocks Sports Centre. You will oversee day-to-day duty management, lead a team of operational staff, and ensure high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness for visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience of problem solving, customer service and staff management.
• Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role.
• A passion for delivering high-quality customer service and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and develop and motivate a team of operational staff.
• Be responsible for the day to day duty management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard.
• Contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre.
• Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team.
• Demonstrate a passion for the industry and commit to continuous professional development.
