Job summary

Nuffield Health Harrogate gym is seeking a part-time Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, member experience and sales targets. You’ll lead shifts, engage members, ensure safety, and support colleagues while maintaining service standards.

The role is 32 hours per week with fixed-term contract, up to £28,038.40 pro-rata depending on experience plus sales commission. Applicants should have demonstrable sales experience and excellent communication skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to undergo lifeguard training and cover lifeguard breaks.

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, engage with members, fostering happiness and building relationships.

As a Duty Manager, you will:
