Job summary

Aberdeen FWC | Fitness & Wellbeing Club is seeking a Duty Manager on a fixed term until 1 April 2026. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers £28,037.08 per annum plus commission and a supportive team environment.

You will manage day-to-day club operations, open/close, oversee health and safety, drive sales, and build community links to promote memberships. Strong management and sales experience, excellent communication, and a can-do attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club
• Be responsible for opening and closing of the club

• Spend time in the local community, creating events and visiting businesses
• Develop a sales-focused culture throughout the club
• Inspire and encourage the team to reach sales targets
