Nuffield Health Harrogate is seeking a Duty Manager for our fitness club. This part-time role (32 hours per week) focuses on smooth club operations, member experience, and achieving sales targets.
You will open/close on shift, lead colleagues, conduct member tours, oversee health and safety, and may cover lifeguard breaks. A can-do attitude and strong communication are essential to thrive in our supportive, charity-driven environment.
