Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Sutton is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team, and deliver our Hospitality Magic on every shift. You’ll master cashing up and compliance while staying on the floor as a role model during busy service.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience: server or supervisor level preferred.
• Ability to lead a team through busy services.
• Willingness to learn operational/administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and ensure smooth service.
• Maintain hospitality standards and guest experience on every shift.
• Handle cashing up and basic compliance tasks while staying visible on the floor.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you'll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You'll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff- like cashing up and compliance- while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
