Job summary

Everyman Reigate is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and guest experiences, working closely with the Management Team and staff to ensure top-tier service. You will be the face of Everyman, guiding team members and handling guest needs with professionalism and warmth.

The role prioritizes hospitality excellence, a passion for food and service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced cinema environment. FT hours, on-site work, and a collaborative team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience within a hospitality environment is preferable.
• You should have a passion for food, customer service, hospitality and people.
• You are a team player who thrives working alongside others or independently.
• You bring an upbeat, hard-working and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running and operation of the venues, alongside the Management Team and Team Members.
• Be the face of Everyman and ensure guests have the best possible experience during their visit.

The Role You’ll Play

Our Duty Managers perform a key role, overseeing the smooth running & operation of our venues alongside our Management Team and Team Members.
