Job summary

White Rose is seeking a Duty Manager to work with the General Manager and lead the team in delivering outstanding hospitality at Oaktree Pubs. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure every guest has a memorable visit.

The role emphasizes guest care, team development, and achieving business targets in a vibrant pub environment. Flexible shifts and staff discounts are part of the package, with a supportive team culture at the heart of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent guest-service mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food, drink, and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and have memorable experiences.
