Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to open/close the restaurant, supervise a busy shift, and lead the team when the GM is away. You will couple hands-on leadership with hands-on operations to keep service smooth and guests delighted.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, a natural leadership presence, and a growth mindset to learn the business side of a successful restaurant.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Confidence to lead a team through busy services.
• Reliable, positive, and passionate about making guests smile.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as keyholder and manage shifts.
• Lead the team when the General Manager is away and maintain guest experience.
• Deliver hospitality excellence while handling cashing up and compliance.
• Be a role model for the team, bridging floor and management.
