Job summary

Prezzo is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager in the United Kingdom to lead shifts, open and close the restaurant, and act as a role model for the team. You will balance guest-facing leadership with back-end tasks like cashing up and ensuring compliance while learning the operational side of a successful restaurant.
