Job summary

4Leisure Recruitment is hiring a Duty Manager for a busy leisure facility in North London on a temporary, full-time basis with an immediate start.

You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and customer service to high standards. The role requires NPLQ, PPO, and DBS, with availability for all shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain).
• Pool Plant Operator (PPO) Certificate.
• Experience as Duty Manager in leisure or similar environment.
• Full-time availability including early, middle, and late shifts and weekends.

Leisure Duty Manager - North London (Temporary Contract)

Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Assignment Rate: £16.60 per hour (paid fortnightly)

4Leisure are currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join a busy leisure facility in North London. This is a temporary, full-time position with an immediate start.

Role Overview:

The Duty Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. You will supervise staff, manage incidents, and uphold the highest standards in health and safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily operational management of the facility
• Supervision and support of front-line staff
• Ensuring smooth shift transitions and staff handovers
• Monitoring and maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards
• Managing incident reports and administering first aid when necessary
• Ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and industry regulations

Essential Requirements:
