Serco Limited, on behalf of More Leisure Community Trust, is seeking a Duty Manager at Putlands Sports & Leisure Centre to lead daily operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff. The role requires supervising operations, driving service excellence and supporting team development.
The position is permanent, part-time (20 hours/week) across a 2-week rota, with varied shifts including weekends.
Location: Putlands Sports & Leisure Centre, TN12 6NZ
Salary: £13,500 to £14,500 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Part-time, 20 hours per week, 2-week rota across 7 days (3 days off per week) flexibility is required to work across 7 days. Shift times Monday to Friday: 7am to 2pm or 2pm to 9pm. Shift times Saturday & Sunday: 7.45am to 4pm or 7.45am to 2pm

This role requires a Basic DBS check, which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
