Job summary

Sir Hotels, renowned for its boutique appeal, is seeking a Duty Manager for Sir Devonshire Square in City of London. You will guide the Front Office and ensure guest experiences are natural, personal, and seamless.

This role offers strong learning opportunities across the UK and Europe within a boutique hospitality group. Salary is £32,000 per year with a 40-hour week and rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel supervisory or management role.
• Confident handling of guest feedback with calm, clarity and care.
• Ability to lead by example and communicate clearly.

• Solve unexpected issues with confidence and empathy, always putting the guest experience first.
• Stay connected with all departments, helping the whole hotel run smoothly.

We are now looking for a Duty Manager to guide the Front Office team with clarity and kindness, ensuring service feels natural and personal.
