Job summary

Sir Hotels is hiring a Barista for Sir Devonshire Square in City of London to craft coffee and breakfast, and to deliver a warm guest experience while keeping the coffee station efficient.

You will join a boutique hotel team with a focus on exceptional guest moments and opportunities to grow across the UK and Europe. Salary is £14 per hour plus service charge, with shifts totaling around 40 hours per week.

• Previous experience as a barista in a quality-focused café or coffee shop.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• A real passion for coffee, service and making guests feel at home.
• Team player mindset – supportive, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

• Serve each drink with care, confidence and a little flair.
• Support fellow F&B team during busy breakfast services and keep the coffee station running smoothly.
• Keep the space clean, stocked, and looking sharp at all times.
• Engage with guests in a warm and welcoming way, creating a great atmosphere.

Job description
