Job summary

Nuffield Health Bromley is seeking a Duty Manager for our Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This permanent, part-time role (24 hours per week) ensures the smooth operation of the club, opens and closes on shift, and supports member satisfaction.

You will lead a team, uphold high quality standards, conduct tours for prospective members, and oversee health and safety. The role also involves helping to reach sales targets while being able to swim to a high standard and undergoing site training for

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision experience.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Awareness of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Swimming ability and willingness to train for Lifeguard duties.

Contract: Permanent contract

Working hours: Part time 24 hours per week

Salary: Up to £28,620.93 pro rata depending on experience plus sales commission

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards
