Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, opening and closing the restaurant, and leading the team when the GM is away. You will model hospitality, manage shifts, and uphold our standards of guest experience.

You’ll earn £12.99 per hour, rising to £13.50 when you work as Manager on Shift, with perks like free meals on shift, a birthday off, and 50% off food for you and your crew. This is your chance to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Ability to lead a team through a busy service with confidence.
• Positive, reliable attitude and passion for guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn the operational side of a restaurant.
