Prezzo is hiring a Duty Manager to bridge floor leadership and management. You’ll open and close the restaurant, oversee service, and drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Confidently leading a busy service with a positive attitude.
• Ability to energise and motivate a team during peak times.
• Eagerness to learn the operational side of running a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the General Manager is away.
• Ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.
• Manage cashing up and compliance tasks on shift.
• Be a visible role model for the team.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift.

As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
