Job summary

Nuffield Health Cannock FWC is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee gym operations, lead a customer-focused team and drive service excellence.

This permanent, part-time role (24 hours per week) offers a competitive pro rata salary up to £29,370.12 plus sales commission, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and contribute to a supportive health-focused community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the club, including opening/closing on shift.

• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and undergo on-site training for Lifeguard breaks.

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift

As a Duty Manager at our gym, you'll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. You're enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a 'can do' attitude and you share our passion for excellent customer service.
