Job summary

Belper Leisure Centre is seeking a Fitness Instructor/ Class Instructor to deliver inductions and personalised programming, ensuring an excellent member experience and compliance with health and safety standards.

You must hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification with an additional group exercise qualification; DBS and references checks apply. Shifts are daytime and evening, Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota.

• Group exercise qualification required (Group Cycle, EtM, Circuits, Pilates, Yoga, etc.).
• DBS and references checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Fitness Suite inductions and prescribe individual programming.
• Deliver excellent customer/member experience and promote facilities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the centre.
• Work daytime and evening shifts, Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota.

Education

Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification

£11,284 - £13,218.40 per annum 20 hours per week

You would be responsible for conducting Fitness Suite inductions and individual programming to deliver an excellent customer / member experience whilst promoting the facilities and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The position includes daytime and evening shifts, Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota
