Job summary

Trilogy Active in Belper is seeking a Full-Time Duty Manager to oversee the leisure centre. You will supervise daily operations, manage the activities programme, staff rotas, orders and ensure high standards of health & safety, cleaning and security.

A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is required or obtainable in-house; Pool Plant Operator qualification preferred. The 39-hour week includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or be able to achieve.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification preferred.
• Strong supervision and health & safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the site.
• Oversee programme of activities and staffing rotas.
• Manage orders, health & safety, cleaning and security to required standards.
• Support pre-employment vetting and DBS/reference checks.

Job Description

Duty Manager Belper Leisure Centre 39 hours per week Salary - £26,749 Closing Date - Ongoing Trilogy Active are recruiting a Full-Time Duty Manager to work as part of our already enthusiastic, hardworking, and friendly team at Trilogy Active. The 39 hour working week will include daytime, evening and weekend shifts. You will be responsible for the daily supervision of the site, programme of activities, staffing rota's, orders, maintaining the required standards of health & safety, cleaning & security. You will need to hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or be able to achieve) and ideally a Pool Plant Operators Qualification, both qualifications can be obtained in-house.
