Job summary

Trilogy Active in Belper is seeking a Full-Time Duty Manager to oversee the leisure centre. You will supervise daily operations, manage the activities programme, staff rotas, orders and ensure high standards of health & safety, cleaning and security.

A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is required or obtainable in-house; Pool Plant Operator qualification preferred. The 39-hour week includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or be able to achieve.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification preferred.
• Strong supervision and health & safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the site.
• Oversee programme of activities and staffing rotas.
• Manage orders, health & safety, cleaning and security to required standards.
• Support pre-employment vetting and DBS/reference checks.
