Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Duty & Assessment social worker in Greater Manchester to provide timely assessments for children and families. The role supports flexible hybrid working and a six-month initial contract with potential extension.

You will require a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England to ensure statutory compliance and professional standards are met.

Qualifications

• Social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in Duty & Assessment for children and families preferred.
• Ability to work in hybrid/remote settings and manage caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Duty & Assessment work for children and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a small Greater Manchester authority.
• Operate within a flexible, hybrid rota and remote working where possible.
