Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Duty & Assessment social worker for a local authority in Greater Manchester. The role offers a 6-month initial contract with a hybrid working model and the option to work from home where possible, providing stability in a flexible team environment.
This is a statutory position requiring a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England, with a loyalty bonus on top of a generous pay rate.

That being said, a small local authority in Greater Manchester needs an experienced Duty & Assessment social worker, in return you’ll have access to up to date equipment to enable you to work on the go and remotely.
The authority has a small catchment area, which given the cost of fuel should come in handy for those local to the Manchester area.
