Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Dutch-speaking Restaurant Launch Assistant in Manchester, UK to onboard new restaurant partners across Belgium and Netherlands markets. You’ll be the face of our onboarding journey, delivering high-touch service and guiding partners through the technical and operational steps to join Deliveroo.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch and English, with strong phone presence, CRM literacy, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

Native or fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Strong phone presence and the confidence to make regular outbound calls.
Proficient with internal systems and CRM tools to keep partner information accurate.
Resilient with tight turnaround times and professional handling of complex requests.
Collaborative approach and positive influence within a team.

Responsibilities

Drive Partner Onboarding: guide new restaurants to set up and start taking orders.
Deliver High-Touch Service: answer partner questions with exceptional onboarding support.
Own the Phone: manage high-volume calls while guiding partners through joining steps.
Collaborate for Success: work with Sales and Account Management for flawless handovers.
Hit Ambitious KPIs: create daily call plans to meet targets without leaving partners behind.
