A children's services provider in Swinton is seeking a Dual Registered Manager (Ofsted) to lead a team in a children's home. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management and a strong track record in residential childcare management. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £55,000 – £60,000 per year and various benefits including generous holidays and progression opportunities.

Qualifications Required: Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting with 2 years in management
