Job summary

Sureserve is seeking Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers in Falkirk. As a part of the team, you will exchange meters, offer after-care services, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

The engineering position offers competitive compensation starting at £39,923, with OTE for DF only engineers between £48-£53K, alongside comprehensive benefits including a contributory pension, annual leave, and various family-friendly policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in fitting dual-fuel smart meters.
• Full UK driving licence is mandatory.
• Ideally hold MET1, CCN1/CMA1/CMA3, and MOCOPA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide first-class after-care service, including meter demonstrations.
• Repair and maintain meters after installation.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide a first‑class after‑care service, including a full demonstration to customers on using their new meter.
• Repair and maintain meters after initial installation.

Compensation and Benefits

Banding A – Dual Fuel Engineer – £39,923 per annum

Banding B – 3 Phase / Medium Pressure – £41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K – uncapped
Performance bonus and weekly meter fit bonus scheme
£60 per month lunch expense
