Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters, a leading UK provider of domestic smart meter installations, is seeking Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers in Dundee. You will exchange meters in customers’ homes and deliver a thorough meter demonstration, ensuring after-care and ongoing maintenance.

Banding A/B roles offer £39,923–£41,571 per year with uncapped OTE £48–£53k, plus performance and weekly bonuses, and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• MET1 is required.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 credentials are needed.
• Fitting dual fuel smart meters requires experience.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide a full meter demonstration and after-care.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after install.

Purpose of the role

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure - £41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K – uncapped

Performance bonus

Qualifications and Key skills required

• MET1
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3
• Single phase electric
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c)
• REGT1 and polyphase electric (desirable not essential)
• Full UK Driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months experience in fitting dual fuel smart meters
• 3 phase or single-off multi is advantageous
