Job summary

Lendable is expanding its Complaints Administration team and seeking a DSAR and Data Rights Administrator to manage end-to-end Data Subject Access Requests under UK GDPR.

You’ll handle high-volume data requests with precision, work across multiple internal systems to locate customer data, and apply exemptions where appropriate. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload against deadlines.
• Attention to detail in reviewing and redacting sensitive personal data.
• Ability to locate, extract, and compile customer data across multiple systems.
• Clear written communication to explain data rights and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of DSARs from receipt to closure, tracking deadlines.
• Liaise with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Complaints to locate relevant data.
• Review and redact data to protect third-party information and apply exemptions.
• Maintain records of requests, decisions, and rationale for auditability.
• Communicate status and outcomes to customers clearly and professionally.
• Escalate complex requests to DPO or Legal as needed.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to DSAR tooling.
