Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Data Privacy & Protection Administrator (DSARs) on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This remote role involves coordinating DSAR responses across the UK, with occasional travel to offices as needed.

You will work with HR, IT, Payroll and other teams to locate data, review and redact information, and maintain processing records, supporting privacy assessments and data mapping.

Qualifications

• Experience in data privacy, compliance, or DSAR handling with GDPR knowledge.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple requests.
• Ability to work across HR, IT, and payroll teams.
• Experience with privacy management tools (e.g., OneTrust).
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end DSAR management ensuring timely responses.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other teams to locate and review information.
• Maintain records and audit trails to support privacy compliance.
• Review and redact personal information per data protection requirements.
• Support data mapping, retention, consent management, and data deletion processes.
• Assist with privacy assessments and vendor risk reviews.
• Contribute to privacy awareness initiatives and process improvements.
