Job summary

Standard Life is seeking a motivated administrator to oversee DSAR processes within the Customer Services function. The role focuses on coordinating requests, ensuring GDPR timelines are met, and supporting governance and stakeholder engagement across external partners.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of financial services, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain regulatory compliance. Flexible working is available; applications encouraged early.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of financial services and Life and Pensions.
• Ability to apply appropriate processes and controls to ensure activity is on time and to standard.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills with prioritisation and escalation.
• Effective management of stakeholders on impact timescales and outcomes.
• General understanding of GDPR and Data Subject Rights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) within GDPR timeframes.
• Escalate and support DSARs through to completion, maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Engage stakeholders to support delivery and governance of DSAR processes.
• Ensure the business can respond to DSARs effectively via external partners rather than fulfilling them directly.
