Job summary

DO & CO London is a luxury airline catering leader seeking an experienced operations leader to drive a high-caliber team and ensure on-time flight packing with impeccable quality across all packed goods.

You will implement SOPs, monitor Health & Safety compliance, develop staff, build strong relationships with airline stores, and provide performance reports to management to sustain DO & CO’s distinguished service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving mentality.
• Attention to detail and data-driven reporting.
• Experience with health and safety compliance and SOPs.
• Excellent English communication and team mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities
