DO&CO is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage a premium airline catering unit. You will guide the team, maintain peak service levels, and ensure packing aligns with flight schedules while upholding strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the team, provide direction and feedback
• Ensure smooth workflow and on-time flight packing
• Maintain quality and quantity of packed goods per specs
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health and safety and legal standards
• Build strong relationships with airline stores and internal teams
• Provide productivity reports and performance indicators to management
