Job summary

DO & CO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure on-time, high-quality catering operations for our luxury airline services. You will lead a team, coordinate with Transport and Dispatch, and supervise daily activities to meet strict deadlines and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, health and safety, and food safety standards, with reporting on productivity and performance to management.

Qualifications

• Professional individual with a can-do attitude and strong teamwork capability.
• Excellent communication in written and spoken English; able to work in a large team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure DO & CO quality is delivered on time and efficiently.
• Coordinate daily activities including pick-up times and truck checks per manifest.
• Ensure flights are loaded onto correct trucks according to allocation sheet.
• Collaborate with Transport and Dispatch to ensure smooth delivery of goods to aircraft.
• Ensure SOPs, health and safety, and food safety compliance at all times.
• Provide productivity and performance reports to management.
• Drive team performance with development and succession planning.
