Job summary

DO & CO is seeking a dynamic shift supervisor to lead a high-end airline catering team. You will ensure SOP adherence, safety compliance, and timely delivery of premium services in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive performance, coach staff, manage shifts, and maintain excellent relationships with managers and partners to uphold the DO & CO reputation for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance.
• Strong communication and feedback skills with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with attention to KPI metrics.
• Experience with flight catering operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the team by providing direction and meaningful feedback.
• Ensure SOPs, health and safety, food safety and legal requirements are met.
• Lead the team to deliver DO & CO quality on time and efficiently.
• Provide productivity and performance reports to management.
• Maintain relationships with managers and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Manage shift plans and supervise the Dry stores department.
