Job summary

DO & CO London is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy transport and logistics team within our luxury airline catering production unit. You will ensure on-time delivery, rigorous quality standards, and efficient loading of goods for aircraft, while coordinating with transport and dispatch colleagues.

You will drive team performance, mentor staff, and support development opportunities in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to guide a large team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in transport, logistics or catering operations.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Role model to ensure DO & CO quality delivered on time and efficiently.
• Coordinate daily activities such as pick up times and truck checks.
• Ensure flights loaded onto correct trucks per allocation sheet.
• Collaborate with Transport and Dispatch to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health and safety, and legal requirements.
• Provide productivity reports and performance indicators.
• Manage team performance and succession planning opportunities.

Job Description

• The Warehouse Supervisor will be a role model to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time with maximum efficiency in accordance with customer requirements
• Controlling all daily activities such as pick up times, truck checks according to manifest, working accurately under tight deadlines
• Ensuring flights loaded onto correct trucks as per allocation sheet
• Working closely with Transport and Dispatch department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircrafts
• Ensuring operations adhere to all SOP’s and all relevant Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety and all legal requirements
• Providing reports on productivity and other performance indicators to management
• Driving success by proactively managing team performance, provide development and succession planning opportunities

Qualifications
