Job summary

Apleona UK is seeking a Drum Runner/FLT Driver at our Ashford site. You will ensure safe and efficient drum running, manage waste collection, and assist in loading/unloading vehicles to optimise resources.

Daily checks of clip-top drums, FLT and vehicles, plus housekeeping, form part of the role. Candidates must hold a UK driving licence and a forklift licence, be physically fit and able to work unsupervised to deadlines.

Responsibilities

  Hours – Monday – Friday, 13:00pm – 21:00pm

  We’re currently looking to recruit a Drum Runner/FLT Driver who will provide a safe and efficient drum running service to our client’s factory. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe collection of site waste, and the safe loading and unloading of waste vehicles making efficient use of resources, space and equipment.

  You will undertake daily checks of clip top drums, FLT and vehicle checks while maintaining a high level of housekeeping. We’re looking for hard working individuals who are flexible and are willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team and our client.

  As an Apleona Drum Runner, we’re looking for:
