NRL Recruitment is seeking a Logistics Operator / FLT Driver for a site in Cramlington. The role involves operating forklifts, loading/unloading, and using SAP to manage stock, with a hands-on approach in a busy warehouse environment.

A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential and immediate start is available. Working 12-hour day/night rotations, you will benefit from a steady PAYE contract and clear roster patterns, with holiday pay included in the hourly rate of £18.59.

• Operate forklifts, attachments, wrapping machines, and other handling equipment.
• Load/unload vehicles and manage stock using SAP.
• Keep warehouse, drum parks, and storage areas clean and safe.
• Label incoming goods and organise materials both physically and electronically.
• Prepare drums for inspection and packing.
• Complete scheduled checks and SAP transaction tasks.

Logistics Operator / FLT Driver Location: Cramlington, NE23

Pay: £18.59 per hour (including holiday pay)

Contract: Up until end of December, possibly longer, PAYE

Start date: ASAP

Working Hours

• 12-hour rotating shifts:


• 2 days (06:45 - 19:45)


• 2 nights (18:45 - 07:00)


• Then 6 days off - plenty of downtime!

Pay Breakdown

• Working Rate: £16.16/hour


• Holiday Pay: £2.43/hour


• Total: £18.59/hour

What you’ll do
