Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Liverpool, L33 7RN, is seeking Drivers Mates to support delivery operations. You will assist drivers with beer kegs and cases to hospitality sites, help with loading and unloading, and ensure paperwork matches deliveries.

This hands-on role requires good organisational skills and physical fitness; prior experience with high-volume orders is helpful. Start times between 05:00 and 06:00, Monday to Friday, with a permanent contract under annualised hours.

A Typical Day May Involve

• Supporting drivers with the delivery of beer kegs and cases to hospitality locations
• Loading, unloading, and moving products safely using approved manual handling techniques
• Checking products against delivery paperwork and reporting any discrepancies
• Assisting with vehicle checks, debriefs, and end-of-shift tasks
• Providing excellent customer service while working closely with drivers and transport teams

This Role Would Suit People Who

• Are physically fit as the role involves lots of manual handling
• Have previous experience of working with volume orders
• Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage their own workload
• Previous experience as a Driver's Mate, within a similar environment would be ideal but isn't a deal breaker!
