Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rushden is seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver to support our operations, delivering goods safely and on time while following Drivers' Hours rules. The role involves early starts on fixed routes and working with a Driver Mate on weekdays.

The position requires a valid HGV Class 1 Licence (C+E), Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, with a focus on safety, vehicle checks, and manual handling. New passes welcome.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Are physically fit due to heavy lifting involved.
• New passes welcome.

Responsibilities

• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Complying with health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.
• Regular completion of vehicle checks.
• Manual handling of customer products including Kegs.
• Going out with a Drivers Mate.
