Job summary

Elevate Field Marketing is recruiting a Business Development Executive to drive on-trade sales in the Nottinghamshire area, covering Nottingham, Derby and Peterborough. You will manage relationships with outlets, engage RTM partners and boost distribution and visibility for leading drinks brands.

Applicants should have proven on-trade sales experience, a strong drive, and full UK driving licence. A competitive base salary plus uncapped bonus and rewards are on offer, with company car and tech

Qualifications

• Proven on-trade sales experience.
• Genuine passion for the drinks industry.
• Confident, engaging and professional presence.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to influence.
• Solid IT skills and confidence presenting 1:1 and to groups.
• Excellent time management, teamwork and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and solutions-focused with a positive attitude.
• Highly organised and disciplined, able to manage your own diary and hit targets.
• Understanding of route to market within the licensed on-trade (free trade).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with on-trade outlets across your patch.
• Engage key decision-makers to increase distribution, pourings and visibility of our brands.
• Live within the territory; ideally in or near the Nottingham postcode.
