Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Customer Development Executive to cover Grimsby and surrounding areas. This fixed-term, full-time role (40 hours) offers £30,000 basic pro-rata plus a 20% bonus, with a company vehicle and fuel card. A full UK driving licence and 60-minute commute from the role location are essential.

You will drive sales for our beers, ciders and soft drinks by maximizing availability and visibility in symbol and independent retailers.

Qualifications

You may have previous experience in Direct Sales/Convenience or FMCG.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Partner with our customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores, understanding retailer’s needs, their local consumers, and executing solutions.
Adopt a full category based selling approach to growing and developing every outlet you work with for the benefit of both the retail outlet and Carlsberg Britvic.
Create a winning territory business plan and take a business development approach in your territory to grow sales and market share.
Use data and evidence-based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory, region, and across the team.
Develop a growth mindset and adaptable approach that demonstrates an ability to offer alternative approaches to tackling challenges and winning over your stores.
